Sidargo is another restaurant that opened this year. It is a Japanese-Hawaiian-inspired restaurant located in the heart of General Luna.

From mouthwatering and flavorful sushi rolls to sumptuous rice bowls, you'd be delighted with the very good selection of food here.

Tsukune - PHP170 - minced chicken yakitori
Karaage - PHP270 - fried chicken with shoyu mayo and a side of coleslaw
Ebi Tempura - PHP360 - shrimp tempura with a side of coleslaw
Classic Spam Musubi - PHP130 - spam, rice, nori, and tare sauce
Grilled Seafood Sushi Roll - PHP210 - tuna, grilled cucumber, tobiko, tanuki, chili threads,
and spicy aoili
Earhart - PHP250 - vodka, coconut, homemade hibiscus syrup, and citrus

It was a bit hard for me to choose a favorite because everything I've tried so far was really good. I've tried the other sushi rolls not in the photos above, and they were all delicious. The cocktails were good too. The Earhart cocktail was easily my favorite because tasted sweet and citrus-y.

The best thing to do so you can try as many dishes as possible is to go with some friends and order different items on the menu. And then you can share them all.

I would highly recommend Sidargo, if you are looking for a place that serves excellent food and cocktails.
