Brussels might be famous for waffles and fries, but early risers looking for a yummy and filling breakfast should check out Wasbar.  Located in the city center, this place has a warm vibe and a menu full of fresh, tasty choices.

The interiors are modern and comfy, perfect for a casual yet satisfying breakfast. The place is called Wasbar because it's also a laundromat - you can do your laundry while having a delicious meal. They even offer free Wi-Fi so you can multi-task.

Now, let's talk about the most important thing: the food! I went for the Tomarella Bagel, featuring a toasted bagel with creamy cheese, melty buffalo mozzarella, and a bunch of roasted pine nuts, cherry tomatoes, and peppery rocket salad. The basil dressing added a fresh, herb flavor that tied everything together really well.

The bagel came with either a soup or salad - your pick. This lets you change things up a bit and get your breakfast exactly how you like it. For €12.50, this was a really satisfying meal.

Of course, breakfast isn't complete without a drink, and Wasbar didn't disappoint. While I forgot to take a picture of the coffee, it was brewed perfectly. It was strong and tasty, which is exactly how I like my coffee.

So, if you love bagels or are just looking for a fresh and tasty breakfast option in Brussels, Wasbar is a great choice. With its delicious food and friendly vibe, it's the perfect spot to fuel up for a day of exploring this cool city.
