Just recently, my officemates and I had a team building, where we spent overnight at this condo/hotel in Manila. We did not really feel like going out of town since there were only a few of us and it seemed like everyone had plans afterwards. So we booked a unit for one night at Shaw Residenza Suites. 

The unit is a loft-type suite with a living room, a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Check it out.

Included in the unit are kitchen appliances like electric stove, water heater, rice cooker, and oven toaster, cooking equipment and kitchen utensils, and plates, drinking cups, and dining utensils. There was also a complimentary coffee and bottled water. It was pretty much complete.

During our stay there, we were also allowed to use their amenities like the gym and the swimming pool.

Overall, we had a good stay at Shaw Residenza Suites. The loft felt quite home-y and I really loved that it has almost everything that we needed. The location was very good as there were lots of establishments close to it. There were restaurants, a supermarket, a drugstore and even a 7-Eleven nearby. 

The rental fee of the unit is at only Php.3750 per night so you really get value for your money. I would recommend this to anyone who's planning to visit the Philippines and is looking for an affordable but nice place to stay in Metro Manila.
