I discovered Espressamente Illy when I was looking for a good spot to hangout in during a lazy weekend. You see, it was a Sunday and I just wanted to sit somewhere and rest my tired feet (because I did some walking and shopping, hehe), but everywhere else is packed. I kept walking and walking, and for some reason, I ended up in Powerbooks, Greenbelt 3. And that's when I saw Illy. Since I was all by my lonesome, I only ordered a smoothie and something to go with it.

The Oreo Smoothie was really nothing out of the ordinary. It tasted just like any other cookies 'n' cream frappuccino. The ham and cheese turnover, on the other hand, is sooo tasty. I just love how the cheese seemed to melt in my mouth. I swear, I can't get enough of it. Everything on the menu is pretty affordable too. However, they do charge for service fee.

Other than in Powerbooks, Greenbelt 3, Espressamente Illy is also located in Powerplant Mall, 6750 Building in Ayala Center, Makati, and NAIA terminal 3 in Pasay. :)
