If you're looking for a place in Jeju that takes your breath away, Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff is a must-visit. More popularly known as Jusangjeollidae, this stunning coastal wonder is one of the places I visited when I joined a guided tour to Seogwipo.

What to Expect at Daepo Jusangjeolli Cliff
Jusangjeollidae is famous for its incredible rock formations. The hexagonal basalt columns look like they've been carefully carved by human hands, but they're actually the result of volcanic activity. Standing on the cliffs and looking out at the ocean, you can feel the power of nature.
When you arrive, you'll find a well-maintained walkway that takes you close to the edge. There are several viewpoints, giving you plenty of opportunities to snap some fantastic photos from different angles. The sound of waves crashing against the rocks adds to the dramatic atmosphere.

In the parking lot, you'll also find small food stalls and souvenir shops. The food stalls are perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat. I highly recommend trying some local snacks—they're delicious and give you a taste of Jeju's unique flavors.
The souvenir shops are great for picking up a little something to remember your visit. I bought a printed photo of the rock formations during sunset, and I plan to frame it and display it along with my other travel keepsakes.

For those who prefer not to drive, booking a guided tour via Klook is the most convenient option. These tours often include transportation and a guide, making it hassle-free. Plus, you get to meet other travelers and share the experience with them.
