Next on our cafe hopping series is Irin Iljan - a hidden gem tucked away in the charming Eunpyeong Hanok Village.
Their menu boasts a variety of classic and specialty coffees, all crafted with high-quality beans. And let's not forget about the desserts! Their display case is filled with an array of tempting treats – delicate pastries, decadent cakes, and adorable little desserts that are as cute as they are delicious.
This cafe has a unique design. It's spread across five floors. The cafe occupies the first three floors while a restaurant occupies the fourth. The place offers a lot of seating but the third floor is the busiest of all since it has tables right beside a window that offers view of the village.
The real showstopper is the rooftop terrace. As you climb the stairs, anticipation builds, and then you're greeted with a panoramic view of the entire Eunpyeong Hanok Village.
Imagine sipping your coffee while the traditional rooftops sprawl out before you, framed by the majestic Bukhansan Mountain in the distance. It was pure bliss.
