Our third day in Bohol was quite action-packed compared to the past couple of days. We went to E.A.T. Danao Adventure Park for some fun and excitement.
The adventure park is roughly a two-hour drive from Panglao. We rented a motorcycle for one week so that was our ride throughout the entire trip.
If you will be taking public transportation from Tagbilaran, you can go to Danao by taking a bus, which costs roughly PHP70 to PHP100, from Dao Integrated Bus Terminal. The bus will drop you off at Danao Terminal, where you can take a motorbike ride or habal-habal, for PHP120 to PHP150, going to the E.A.T. Danao Adventure Park.
E.A.T. Danao Adventure Park is popular for its attractions that are perfect for thrill-seekers and not for the faint-hearted.
First activity that we tried is the Suislide. The Suislide is basically a zipline ride at a height of 200 meters and a distance of roughly 300 meters one-way. It is known as one of the longest ziplines in the Philippines. Before taking the zipline back, we also did the Cliff Glass Walk. Basically, you walk on a glass platform suspended 200 meters, with stunning mountain and cliff views.
After making our way back from the Suislide, we immediately went on the main highlight of this trip: The Plunge. The Plunge is perhaps the most popular and the most adrenaline-pumping attraction at the adventure park. It is a 75 meter free-fall ride from a height of 250 meters. After the fall, you'd be swinging for a few minutes so you can feel the rush and enjoy the view.
