Located in the heart of Lisbon, Time Out Market is a bustling food hall that brings together some of the city's best chefs, eateries, and culinary concepts under one roof. This iconic market offers a vibrant atmosphere where visitors can savor everything from traditional Portuguese dishes to innovative global flavors, making it a must-visit spot for food enthusiasts.

During my visit, I opted for a salmon burger served in a black squid ink bun. It was an intriguing combination, with tomatoes and fresh seaweed adding a unique twist. While the idea of seaweed in a burger might seem unconventional, it turned out to be really good. The generous portion left me fully satisfied, especially with the massive side of crispy fries that came with it.

For dessert, I couldn’t resist trying a treat from Crush Doughnuts. The donut was rich and decadent, the perfect way to end my meal. It was also pretty big, and with the burger and fries that I had, I felt so full afterward.

If you’re stuck, go for something unique that you wouldn’t easily find anywhere else—it’s a great way to try something new and make the most of your visit.
Time Out Market impressed me with its vibrant selection and the quality of food at every turn. It’s a place where you can truly take your time to explore, try something unexpected, and enjoy the creativity of the city's culinary scene.
Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or a full meal, it’s a must-add to your itinerary if you're planning a trip to Lisbon.
