I first saw Moshi Koshi Noodle Boss while on one of my weekend runs at the SM Mall of Asia area. Moshi Koshi Noodle Boss is a small, kitschy Japanese restaurant in Two-Ecom Center along Bay Shore Ave., in the SM Mall of Asia complex. The Japanese word "koshi" refers to that state of noodles that is tender, chewy, and firm, but not hard. And Moshi Koshi guarantees to deliver just that by making them fresh in the store everyday.

I tried Moshi Koshi Noodle Boss a couple of weeks ago with my sister. Here's what we tried.
Shoyu Ramen - Php210
Gyoza - Php120
Yakisoba - Php170

I liked the food there. While there was nothing special about the ramen, the yakisoba and the gyoza is to die for. The noodles in the yakisoba is just perfect, and as you can see from the photo, it's topped with lots of veggies and meat. As for the gyoza, I couldn't get enough of it. Both dishes were simply flavorful.

Aside from Two-Ecom, other Moshi Koshi Noodle Boss locations are in Market! Market! in Bonifacio Global City, SM North EDSA, and SM Fairview. I recommend that you try it.
