Yup, you read right. Kalbi is a fusion of Korean and Mexican cuisine in one very affordable place. I went to one of their branches which is situated in Food Choices, 3rd floor of Glorietta 4. I went to sample their dishes with my cousin Karina before watching Breaking Dawn Part 2. Here's what we ordered.
Kalbi Beef Taco
Onion Rings with an assortment of dip
Nachos
You see, I was really starving that night yet I didn't want to eat rice. So I settled for the taco. It wasn't really mind-blowing or anything but it was good enough. Except that it had lots of garlic and I spent a good few minutes of my time removing the garlic bits. What I loved about Kalbi is their serving size of their side dishes. It was a lot! We didn't even get to finish them all. Anyways, I'd recommend this place because the food is good given that they weren't pricey at all. The tacos cost 75php apiece and just add 30php for the side dish. See what I mean? ;)
