Haole is a restaurant located in the town of Sta. Fe. This town is still part of the General Luna municipality, and is roughly 20 minutes away from the GL town proper.

This restaurant is famous for its sisig, which is the chef's specialty. But its other dishes are very delicious as well.

My favorite dish to order here would have to be the baked scallops. I loved how it is so creamy and cheesy. The sisig was one of the best I've ever had, no kidding. And the fried garlic chicken was a bit reminiscent of Bon Chon's chicken, but it was still so good nonetheless.

Overall, I really love the food here. This is one place that my friends and I keep coming back to. And if ever you are in Siargao, do go to Haole and try the food here. It is worth the drive.
