I love how there is so much to explore in Siargao. Even though I've been living here for more than two years now, there are still places that are relatively new to me.

Tuazon is well-known surfing spot in Siargao. It is located in General Luna, just a five-minute walk away from Cloud 9 tower. Tuazon is a good surfing spot for more experienced surfers. Most tourists do not tend to go there because they do not surf. Or not at least at a really good level, so they probably do not care about this place.

However, there is a cute little rock pools in Tuazon. Just like the Magpupungko Rock Pools, you can only see it and enjoy it during low tide. Otherwise, the area would be completely covered in water.

If you want to check this place out, you can ask the locals where it is or a tricycle driver can take you. There is no exact pin location on Google Maps but it is close to this location here. 

Once you get to Tuazon, just walk towards the beach and look for the big rock, pictured above, to the left side. Make sure to go there when it is low tide, when the ocean is at its lowest.
