Save the date: July 9, as once again Shangri-La at the Fort, one of the tallest buildings in Manila, will host the Kerry Sports Manila Vertical Run as a part of the Vertical World Circuit. It is the country's only international stair climbing event which started its pioneering edition last year.

In this event, runners will run 58 floors to the penthouse level, covering a total of more than 1300 steps. Last year, there were three categories: the full challenge, the team challenge, and the fun climb. On its second edition, another category has been added, which is the horizon challenge. It is easier than the full challenge but a bit more challenging than the fun climb. Read on to see the full details and the registration fees.
Race Categories and Registration Fees:
Full Challenge (58 floors) - Php1500
Team Challenge (58 floors) - Php6000
Horizon Challenge (38 floors) - Php1200
Fun Climb (20 floors) - Php1000

You can register online by clicking here. Online registration closes on June 23 or when all the slots are full. You can register onsite by heading over to Kerry Sports Manila on the 6th floor of Shangri La at the Fort in Bonifacio Global City. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
